R U L E S

RULES
✔ Keep the drama in character. Drama and angst are both wonderful, wonderful things as long as they're kept in character. Out of character drama is the quickest way to get yourself tossed out and not allowed to come back.

✔ Respect your fellow players. Remember the golden rule, ladies and gents. Treat others the way you want to be treated, and they'll do the same. If you have an issue with one of the players, please bring it up with the mods so that we can try to handle it in a professional, quick way that doesn't burn anyone's bridges.

✔ There will be mature elements in this game. If you can't handle blood, gore, death, sex, drugs, and other things that aren't family-friendly, this probably isn't the right storyline for you.

✔ Your character might die. Yes, you read this right. In the application, you will find a section that asks if you're alright with your character being killed. If you mark yes, then that is your consent. If you mark no, then you must create another. For every character that isn't allowed to die, you must make another that is. One of the mods will contact you and let you know when your character has reached the end of his/her line. If you're in the middle of a plot or you're just really opposed to your character dying at that time, just let the mods know and they'll work something else out. Please keep in mind that just because your character can be killed off doesn't necessarily mean they will be.

✔ The players will not know who the killer is. Whoever plays the killer will have a regular journal and an NPC journal, so that no one (other than the mods and the player) knows which character is doing the slicing and dicing.

✔ The characters can't leave the island. The ferry's out, remember?

✔ Be reasonable with your PB choice. This means no sixteen-year-old with a thirty-year-old PB. And, on that same note, we're not allowing Suicide Girls, Disney Kids, Myspace celebrities, or PBs that are only models.

✔ Activity is a must. Come on, guys. This should be a given. If you take the time to apply, be courteous enough to put forth some effort into the storyline. Activity checks will be done once a month. Those characters that haven't been in a thread within that time period will be given a warning. If they don't post within a week, they will be removed.

✔ There is a four character limit. This gives each player the opportunity to play two characters that cannot be killed off and two that are. Also, if one of your disposable characters are killed off, feel free to create another.

✔ All threads, emails, and phone calls go to the main community. When posting a thread, use the who, what, when, where, rating format, please. If posting an email, simply put the recipient in the cut text, and same goes for phone calls/texts.
